July 27, 2012 Encouragement

Good Morning, 

Before we get started with today's inspiration I want you to say this out loud: "Say I am Blessed & Highly Favored! I am the child of the most High God who by His stripes I was healed so sickness you can not reside in my body! I walk in the authority given to me by the blood of Christ Jesus and I have not been given the spirit of fear so fear you can no longer reside in my heart I serve you notice today! I serve A God that says that HE shall supply ALL My Needs according to his riches and glory so lack, BE GONE out of my life right now in the name of JESUS, AMEN! Now Give God Praise in Advance for whatever it is that you are believing God for!

Amen! Glory to God! Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus! Glory To God! Hallelujah!

I woke up this morning excited about Jesus! I went to the gym this morning around 5:30am to 7:00am. I started off doing the warm ups. I jumped on the bike and after 2 minutes I wasn't feeling it so I got on the eucalyptus machine. after ten minutes I was like I am going home. Then I see this husky guy come into the gym and he grabbed a basket ball. Now for everyone who knows me I am artsy. I am really not into to sports like that so I was like if this big dude grabbed a ball I know I can play. So needless to say I stepped off the machine, walked down stairs and I grabbed me a ball.

When I stepped in the basket area there were two other people playing. Moving the story right along. They wanted to play 21. So I am like yeah lets go. They asked me what rules do I play because one Kat was from Philly and the other guy and I were from the south. I was like yeah shoot the ball in the basket threes count as twos and twos as ones.
So we begin to play and this one young kat is dominating everyone! So finally I get the ball, I'm doing my thing and surprisingly hold my own very well. I'm shooting threes while being covered by two people. I am doing spin away jump shots and when it was all over, since we all had to leave at seven the score was young kat 9 Philly 11 and me 13! 

Yes I know right! Technically I WON! What am I trying to say here. I am trying to say that I went to the gym to get a great cardio workout today. However I was about to limit myself to what I was accustom to doing. I wonder how many of you are doing the same thing! You have this desire in your heart and you believe you know how its going to manifest because you limit yourself because of your fears which turn into a lack of faith which in then limits God! I would have never known that I could shoot basketball like that and get a good workout unless I took the limits of myself and stopped worrying about the other guys clowning me because I am not a baller! I just went in there, played my game and when we all had to end, I was in the Lead!

Whose game are you playing? Have you allowed the troubles of this world to manipulate you into playing the devils game of defeat, fear, anxiety, slothfulness, loneliness, anger, manipulation, lack, etc. Or are you willing to stand strong on the playbook that we as believers have been given and play the Game that Christ Jesus Has given each and everyone of us. And now for your quot of the day
